We will pick up your desktop tower or laptop and bring it to our workshop where we will complete a multi level virus and spyware scan using the latest tools at our disposal. We will check and repair the file system & registry system. We also open your pc and clean out the dust and inspect and test the hardware for any problems. We report back any faults to you before completing any other repairs so you are not surprised by any additional charges.
Our Tune Up service will fix most problems and speed up your PC with no loss of data such as documents, photos, emails etc.
Upon completion we will return your computer back to you at a time suitable for you. Once there we will setup the computer and check that all is working such as printers, internet, email etc. There is usually a 24 hour turnaround for this service.
